Join Gaia to shape the future of conscious media through data-driven storytelling. We’re hiring a Content Engagement & Merchandising Analyst to enhance content discovery and member engagement using AI and analytics.

You’ll use AI tools to build and manage a content tagging system, providing actionable insights to optimize Gaia’s content merchandising and user experience. Collaborating closely with editorial, product, and marketing teams, you’ll analyze viewer behavior, guide content placement, and support effective merchandising strategies.

• Develop and maintain an AI-driven tagging system to enhance content discovery.
• Analyze engagement metrics and user behaviors, translating data into actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to track content performance and optimize merchandising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content visibility and engagement.
• Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and storytelling.

• Experience with AI-assisted media tagging and content classification.
• Familiarity with AI analytics tools (AWS Rekognition, Google Video AI, NLP).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Jupyter notebooks, and Excel.
• Understanding of content analytics in media or subscription services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for Gaia’s transformative content.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. residency with an active work permit.
• Must be eligible to work on-site in Louisville, CO. (This is not a remote opportunity.)
