Spirit is the headwater.
It is the source from which all change flows.
To transform our systems, we must first transform our inner world and shift the frequency from which we create. We believe modern technology has an important role to play in shifting this frequency. It can meet people where they are, amplify access to ancient practices, support integration, and guide the path of awakening with care, depth, and wisdom.
Yet only a small fraction of innovation capital explores how modern tools can complement ancient spiritual technologies to guide people on the path of awakening.
Our mission is to bridge this funding gap and build the infrastructure that will 50x the resources flowing into Spirit Tech while preserving the spiritual integrity of the field.
Our first major initiative is the Spirit Tech Foundation, a catalytic fund designed to mature the Spirit Tech sector across multiple cycles of innovation. The Foundation will serve as a basin of attraction for any donor who believes technology can support humanity’s spiritual evolution. It will be complemented by the Spirit Tech Wisdom Council, a non-profit of spiritual elders who will safeguard the integrity of the field through golden-share stewardship.

About the Role

We have a big ambition.
The funding gap in the Spirit Tech sector is significant. To inspire the next wave of founders and bring forward the technologies that can elevate human consciousness, we need real catalytic capital.
We plan to raise an initial operational round in Q1 2026 that will help build the Spirit Tech Foundation, followed by a multi-year large fundraise for the fund itself.
We are looking for someone to lead our fundraising efforts, build the long-term fundraising strategy, processes and team that will enable the Foundation to become the basin of attraction for any donor who believes that modern technology has an important role to serve our collective spiritual unfolding, and who wishes to be part of the story of ushering in the next wave of spiritual technologies into the world.
Initial responsibilities include:
Designing and executing the fundraising strategy for the 2026 operational round
Helping craft donor pitches, materials, and communications
Building and managing target donor and investor lists
Advising on donor engagement and meeting strategy
Establishing a repeatable fundraising process for the core Foundation raise
This is a remote, part-time consulting role that may evolve into a full-time position in 2026 as the Foundation’s fundraising activity scales.

Proven track record leading large philanthropic fundraising campaigns for impact-driven causes
Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute multi-phase fundraising strategies
Strong understanding and credibility with diverse donor archetypes, especially those who are willing to take more risks and are drawn to technology and innovation (network a bonus)
Creative mindset for shaping new narratives and building innovative funding models
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with donors, and partners
