Co-Founder (Foundation Builder)

About Us

Spirit is the headwater.
It is the source from which all change flows.
To transform our systems, we must first transform our inner world and shift the frequency from which we create. We believe modern technology has an important role to play in shifting this frequency. It can meet people where they are, amplify access to ancient practices, support integration, and guide the path of awakening with care, depth, and wisdom.
Yet only a small fraction of innovation capital explores how modern tools can complement ancient spiritual technologies to guide people on the path of awakening.
Our mission is to bridge this funding gap and build the infrastructure that will 50x the resources flowing into Spirit Tech while preserving the spiritual integrity of the field.
Our first major initiative is the Spirit Tech Foundation, a catalytic fund designed to mature the Spirit Tech sector across multiple cycles of innovation. The Foundation will serve as a basin of attraction for any donor who believes technology can support humanity’s spiritual evolution. It will be complemented by the Spirit Tech Wisdom Council, a non-profit of spiritual elders who will safeguard the integrity of the field through golden-share stewardship.
We’ve reached clarity on our plan and are now ready to build the core team that will bring it to life. If you feel called to join at the ground floor of a sector-shaping project that bridges spirit and technology, we would love to build it with you.

About the Role

STC has been led by Edward Vaisberg, supported by a strong circle of advisors, collaborators, and part-time contributors. With the recent clarity of vision, it is now time to form a true co-founding team of people who share a deep calling to catalyze the Spirit Tech sector and bring complementary skills to bring this vision to life.
The most important next hire is a Foundation Builder who can help design, launch, and operationalize the Spirit Tech Foundation as a world-class catalytic capital vehicle.
We are looking for someone who can:
Lead the foundation design strategy and translate vision into operational reality
Set up and manage the governance, compliance, and structure of the Foundation and Fund
Help build the culture and core team that will carry the mission forward
Actively support donor strategy, partnerships, and relationship management
The exact title will depend on the person. It could be Partner or COO.
This is a full-time role, with the option to start part-time during a six-month mutual discovery period. The position is remote, with a preference for someone based in the Bay Area or able to travel there regularly for periods of co-working and collaboration.

This Role is Perfect For Someone Who

Is passionate about the intersection of spirituality and technology
Has experience building or running foundations, funds, or large-scale philanthropic vehicles
Is energized and unafraid of co-founding something ambitious and complex from the ground up
Sees work as a spiritual practice and an opportunity for growth, integration, and service
Feels called to help shape the field of Spirit Tech and the cultural narrative around it
Thrives in collaboration with spiritual entrepreneurs, builders, and donors
Is deeply committed to their own path of awakening and integrity
Wants to learn from and work alongside some of the most inspiring thinkers, founders, and wisdom teachers in the world
This is a rare opportunity to help shape an entirely new field at the intersection of spirituality, culture, and technology.
