We are solving a problem at the intersection of cognitive science, continual learning, gaming, and opportunity and hope that you will join us to build out an innovative mobile app and platform with a purpose.Сontinue if you:- Are obsessed about developing high-quality code and solving hard problems while building a mobile app that people love.- Are passionate about making a tangible difference in the world.- Want to be an early developer on a small and elite team.- Want to work on many different aspects of the Skillprint platform.Responsibilities- Develop a mobile app that engages users daily with games, a path to unlock personalized learning and development opportunities, a profile, and more.- Architect and develop a predictive platform that will collect activity from a network of mobile games and translate them into skills, support social play and sharing across games, and identify patterns and connections across the user data.- Work with the co-founding team to develop a big data and machine learning platform and mobile applications.- Architect and develop the platform and mobile applications.Requirements- 4 - 8+ years professional programming experience.- Experience developing consumer facing mobile apps in React Native and Javascript.- Experience modeling and working with data in Python.- Have developed mobile applications and a platform that utilize Google Cloud Platform or AWS.- Experience with modern engineering techniques (agile development, version control, CI/CD, etc.)Nice to haves- Big data or machine learning experience.- Experience designing and implementing SDKs or APIs.- Experience with the Lean Startup Methodology including MVPs, A/B testing, rapid iterations, and growth strategies.- Ability to synthesize findings from primary sources/research and apply them in code.- Enjoy playing games.
