Continue if you:Are obsessed about designing immersive mobile web and native app experiences conveying complex information in a simple and engaging user interface that people loveAre passionate about making a tangible difference in the worldWant to be the first product designer on a small and elite teamWant to work on many different aspects of the Skillprint mobile web and native apps Responsibilities:Design mobile web and native apps that engage users daily with games, quizzes, interactive stories, a path to unlock personalized learning and development opportunities, a profile, and moreSolve complex interaction and system design problemsCreate a range of deliverables, from high-fidelity UI, icons, and prototypes to product specsWork with the founding team to develop the overall product strategy and roadmapCollaborate with neuroscientists, corporate customers, and users on how product design can best support assessment and personalized learning and development at scaleDevelop and extend the Skillprint brand across every touchpoint with our audience Requirements:4+ years of product design experience at a consumer or SaaS product companyHave a portfolio of product features you’ve built from the ground upAre comfortable turning wide-ranging, complex, and ambiguous problems into actionable and discrete projects and product solutionsStrong proficiency with interactive and collaborative prototyping and design toolsAre an independent and entrepreneurial product thinkerAre curious about how your mind works, including how you think and act, and are excited about helping others to use those insights to develop and achieve their life goals Nice to haves:Understanding of the Lean Startup Methodology including MVPs, A/B testing, rapid iterations, and growth strategiesEnjoy playing games
