Skillprint is looking for a Senior Product Designer to design a cross-platform app. We hope that you will join us to build out an innovative product with a purpose at the intersection of psychology, continual learning, gaming, and opportunity.Continue if you:- Are obsessed about designing immersive mobile web and native app experiences conveying complex information in a simple and engaging user interface that people love- Are passionate about making a tangible difference in the world- Want to be the first product designer on a small and elite team- Want to work on many different aspects of the Skillprint mobile web and native appsResponsibilities:- Design mobile web and native apps that engage users daily with games, quizzes, interactive stories, a path to unlock personalized learning and development opportunities, a profile, and more- Solve complex interaction and system design problems- Create a range of deliverables, from high-fidelity UI, icons, and prototypes to product specs- Work with the founding team to develop the overall product strategy and roadmap- Collaborate with neuroscientists, corporate customers, and users on how product design can best support assessment and personalized learning and development at scale- Develop and extend the Skillprint brand across every touchpoint with our audienceRequirements:- 4+ years of product design experience at a consumer or SaaS product company- Have a portfolio of product features you’ve built from the ground up- Are comfortable turning wide-ranging, complex, and ambiguous problems into actionable and discrete projects and product solutions- Strong proficiency with interactive and collaborative prototyping and design tools- Are an independent and entrepreneurial product thinker- Are curious about how your mind works, including how you think and act, and are excited about helping others to use those insights to develop and achieve their life goalsNice to haves:- Understanding of the Lean Startup Methodology including MVPs, A/B testing, rapid iterations, and growth strategies- Enjoy playing games
