Role Description
We're seeking a Customer Care Specialist passionate about mental health, technology, and exceptional customer service. This role is an integral part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for our customers and helping to shape their experience with our product.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving general inquiries and issues through chat, phone, and/or video conferences.
- Assist in onboarding video calls with new clients to our platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Contribute to customer-facing initiatives, helping to shape a great product service experience.
- Engage with potential clients, answering pre-sales inquiries and providing information about our product.
Qualifications
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in English.
- You have flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You're tech-savvy and comfortable working from home with CRMs and customer service tools.
- You're customer-oriented, attentive to details, and always looking to improve the customer experience.
- You are a people person, empathetic, patient, and charismatic.
- You have a space to work from home and enjoy the home office life with occasional office visits.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm U.S. E.T.
