About The Role
We are looking for a candidate to execute and optimize world-class email campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and revenue for Mindvalley’s global products.
The Email Marketing Specialist will own an end-to-end campaign setup—from audience segmentation and automation in Braze, to copy assembly, testing, scheduling, reporting, and performance optimization.
This role sits at the heart of the Marketing Engine, ensuring every Mindvalley email is flawlessly executed, data-driven, and emotionally resonant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Scheduling
Own the complete setup of all campaign emails in Braze (or equivalent ESP): uploading assets, configuring journeys, setting up delays, and QA before launch.
Create email sublists for campaigns — signups, engaged, purchased, members/non-members, and country-specific audiences — using product and lead data provided by the Email Lead or Product Owner.
Ensure timely scheduling according to the Mindvalley Campaign Calendar and coordinate with stakeholders on turn-on/turn-off dates.
2. Email Copy Assembly & QA
Draft or assemble copy from provided baselines (e.g., confirmation, retargeting, invite, show-up, sales sequences).
Localize, test, and adapt copy and CTAs per campaign goals.
Send test emails to the Email Lead for review and approval.
Check deliverability, layout, personalization, and mobile responsiveness across all major inbox clients.
3. Automation & Lifecycle Journeys

Support the setup and maintenance of automated flows:
30-day journeys for leads and members
Post-purchase onboarding
Retargeting and reactivation campaigns
Show-up sequences for summits and webinars
Collaborate with the Email Lead to refine trigger logic, A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTA placements.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key metrics: open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversion, unsubscribe rate.
Prepare weekly and post-campaign performance summaries.
Flag insights and optimization opportunities (e.g., audience segments, timing, content).
Maintain internal dashboards and Airtable views for campaign tracking.
5. Collaboration & Communication
Join daily launch huddles and weekly campaign syncs.

Email marketing lead - for strategy, creative direction, and source IDs
Operations team — for product IDs, Zoom links, and offer details
Design & Copy Teams — for banners and visuals
Keep all campaign documentation organized in Airtable and Drive folders.
Requirements
Strong understanding of ESP tools (Braze preferred; Iterable, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar acceptable).
Knowledge of segmentation, tagging, and dynamic content logic.
Eye for design and detail in email layout and structure.
Excellent written English and ability to adapt email copy tone to Mindvalley voice.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous optimization.
Strong project management and documentation discipline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
