Role 🎨
As a guide, you’ll literally transform and save lives by guiding our clients on their journey and supporting them from intention-setting to integration.
• Personalize each client’s healing journey with empathy, curiosity, and intention
• Lead treatment session prep and integration sessions through Zoom that help clients turn insights into lasting change
• Support clients in choosing integration practices that actually resonate and stick
• Build simple accountability systems to help new behaviors take root
• Act as a trusted liaison to our clinical and support team, answering questions with clarity and care
• Respond rapidly, communicate clearly, and remove friction every step of the way
• Contribute to the development and growth of the guide program
