NAITUR Agency is seeking a technical automation expert specializing in n8n, the open-source workflow automation tool, to design and implement advanced, modular automations for our clients. This role requires hands-on experience with building production-grade n8n workflows, integrating diverse APIs, managing error handling, and optimizing performance for scale. You’ll work across industries including life sciences, fintech, and concierge medicine, transforming complex processes into streamlined automations using n8n’s full capabilities.

You will own the end-to-end development of automation flows—from discovery and scoping, to node configuration, deployment, and maintenance. • 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation workflows in n8n (agency or freelance)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for writing custom functions and logic within n8n nodes
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2, API key), and webhook-based triggers
• Demonstrated ability to architect complex automations that scale and self-recover
• Experience with cloud hosting platforms (e.g. AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean) and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with data transformation, storage, and movement across tools like Airtable, HubSpot, PostgreSQL, and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a focus on reliability and clarity
