Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management workflows, ensuring deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked and met

NAITUR Agency is seeking a sharp, systems-minded Agency Operations Manager to lead internal execution and ensure seamless client delivery across our fast-scaling AI marketing services. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and turning chaos into clarity. You’ll sit at the heart of the business—managing timelines, monitoring delivery quality, supporting resource allocation, and helping leadership make data-informed operational decisions.

Your day-to-day will involve overseeing project timelines, standardizing recurring processes, liaising with clients, and maintaining internal dashboards that track progress across initiatives. You’ll collaborate with strategists, automation specialists, and client leads to ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec. You’ll also play a critical role in improving internal tooling and workflows, particularly in how we scope, deliver, and support AI automations.

This is a role for someone who understands the pace and messiness of agency life but knows how to introduce structure without slowing down momentum. If you’re equal parts ops strategist and execution tactician—with a passion for helping teams do their best work—this role is for you.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, ideally within a digital or creative agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Deep understanding of agency workflows across discovery, strategy, implementation, and support
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes that improve team performance and client satisfaction
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication, time management, and people skills
  • Bonus: Experience working in a services business that delivers AI, automation, or software solutions
