Before we get started:
Here at Ingenio, we'd love to talk with you regardless of your qualifications or years of experience. If you believe you’d be a great fit for this role, we invite you to apply even if you do not meet all points on the job description.
Who we are:
Ingenio is on a mission to make spiritual wellness a core part of modern self-care. We are a global media and technology company developing products that provide guidance on love, relationships, careers, and all aspects of life. We are passionate about connecting people with the world’s best advisors and content to restore spiritual wellness to its rightful place, easing the stress of modern life with trusted ancient practices.
Our global portfolio spans over 20 marketplace and media brands in the spiritual and emotional wellness space. Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.
How you’ll be impactful:
As a Freelance UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in a major brand and product redesign, translating a new design language developed by a world-leading brand agency into a cohesive and intuitive experience. Working alongside our Product team, Creative Director, and product designers, you’ll partner closely with product and engineering to define and deliver the next generation of our consumer experience across mobile and web platforms.
Please note: This is a temporary, freelance engagement running through the end of 2026, starting mid-July 2026, based on-site at our Tel Aviv (IL) office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end design flows for priority pages and journeys, from discovery and concept exploration through high-fidelity UX and post-launch iteration.
- Translate brand direction and product strategy into cohesive, intuitive experiences across mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web.
- Define information architecture, page structures, and interaction models that scale beyond a single screen.
- Design and document reusable product components that extend and evolve our design system.
- Simplify complex, data-rich flows into clear, scalable experiences, applying cross-industry patterns and a sharp outside-in perspective.
- Deliver clean, organized, build-ready Figma files for smooth handoff to design and engineering.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, product designers, product managers, and engineers to define product direction and maintain momentum.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 7+ years of experience as a product designer.
- Mastery of UX craft — information architecture, interaction design, and end-to-end user flows for consumer products.
- Proven experience designing across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop web, with strong command of responsive, multi-platform design.
- A strong B2C / consumer product background.
- Experience working within a global organization.
- Expert-level Figma skills and a component-based, design-system mindset.
- Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to integrate them into the design workflow to explore faster, iterate more, and elevate the craft.
- A portfolio of shipped consumer products demonstrating both UX rigor and visual polish.
- Based in, and able to work from, our Tel Aviv office. (hybrid working model - 3 days from the office)
- High level of English.
Bonus points if you have
- Hands-on experience leading or contributing to the rebranding and/or redesign of brands or products — a major plus for this role.
- Motion and micro-interaction design skills.
- Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, or data-informed product discovery.
- Experience in marketplace, wellness, or other consumer-facing categories.
