How you’ll be impactful:
This is a temporary role with an expected nine-month duration, with potential for conversion to full-time.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive cross-functional planning and execution for company-wide rebrand and product redesign initiatives, as well as the modernization of our backend architecture supporting B2C and B2B customers. You will align engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders on scope and priorities to ensure scalable, well-coordinated delivery across brand, product, and platform initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic programs spanning brand, product, and backend platform initiatives
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Leadership to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Drive planning and execution of backend restacking initiatives, partnering closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to simplify business rules.
- Create and maintain program artifacts (roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and launch plans)
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks; proactively unblock teams
- Facilitate cross-team communication and decision-making, ensuring clarity on ownership and accountability
- Track progress against goals, report on program health, and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels
- Support change management and rollout planning for customer-facing and internal initiatives
- Continuously improve delivery processes and program management best practices.
- Uplevel JIRA workflows and project structures to enable clear ownership, predictable delivery, and improved cross-team visibility.
- Own cross-program dependency mapping and sequencing to ensure coordinated delivery across parallel initiatives
- Partner with teams during early technical discovery to surface risks, assumptions, and sequencing needs before execution begins
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a software environment
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience working with backend systems
- Experience supporting rebrands or major product redesigns
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into executable plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action and outcomes
- Experience operating across multiple teams or platforms simultaneously
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe experience or certification
Nice to Have:
- Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with platform modernization, system restacking, or large-scale architectural transformations

Pay Transparency:
The US hourly range for this part-time position is $110.00-128.00/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
