How you’ll be impactful:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own end-to-end lifecycle marketing measurement and analysis, spanning acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will deliver actionable, data-driven insights to improve acquisition efficiency, increase conversion, and optimize customer lifetime value.
You will apply strong analytical rigor to monitor full-funnel conversion from site and app visits through paid outcomes, segmented by acquisition channel, to identify optimization opportunities. You will design, execute, and analyze test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B experiments, to improve on-site and in-app conversion performance. In parallel, you will conduct in-depth analyses to support retention and CRM marketing, evaluating lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys to uncover drivers of engagement, reactivation, retention, and long-term value.
In addition, you will build and apply machine learning–based decision models to improve our recommendation systems, leveraging predictive and optimization techniques to increase relevance, engagement, and long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate is an expert in full-funnel analytics across acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a strong ability to identify conversion drop-offs and uncover growth opportunities. You bring deep experience in cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and experimentation (A/B testing), and are comfortable translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will communicate findings to executive leadership and support marketing success by developing, maintaining, and interpreting Tableau dashboards that track critical business and marketing metrics. Your analytical work will directly inform strategic decision-making, shape marketing direction through data-driven insights and testing, and drive continuous optimization across both acquisition and retention efforts.
In addition, we are seeking a candidate with experience in machine learning models to build, enhance, and improve our recommendation systems, applying predictive and decisioning techniques to increase relevance, engagement, and long-term customer value.
Please note: This role will require being in our SF office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
