Where? At our location in Mainz
YOUR MISSION
  • Handle customer inquiries via ticket, live chat and phone
  • Explain products, services, and features clearly
  • Guide customers in using products correctly
  • Provide troubleshooting and basic technical support
  • Guide customers in using our business systems and tools
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed
  • Record customer interactions in Desk, CRM and Sales IQ systems, prior knowledge is advantageous
  • Follow and update internal processes, policies, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and company guidelines
  • Follow service quality standards and scripts
  • Meet pre-defined KPI targets
YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed training in the commercial sector or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer care desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Empathy and patience
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good written and spoken Turkish skills
