Landing Page CRO Intern – Internship / 4-week Project-based

Timetable Openings: June, July, August

2 Open Roles per Month | Remote or Boulder, CO | 4 Weeks | Junior, Senior, or Master’s Candidates | Start Beginning of Month through End of Month

We run a high-volume subscription business with dozens of active landing pages driving paid media traffic every day. We’re hiring two Landing Page CRO Interns to take on a project to help us understand where subscribers drop off, what drives them to convert, and how to systematically test and improve the pages that matter most. This is a real-work, real-impact role – not a research project. You’ll touch live pages, live data, and present findings to people who will act on them. You will be able to add this to your resume with a strong reference behind it.

SEAT 1 – Landing Page CRO Intern

Paid Media Funnel Focus | Remote or Boulder, CO

You’ll analyze how paid search and social traffic behaves after the click – tracing the path from Google Ads and Meta campaigns through to subscription sign-up on Gaia’s direct platform. Using GA4 funnel reports, optimization tools, and heatmap data, you’ll identify the highest-friction steps in our acquisition funnel and design A/B test variants in WordPress targeting our top-traffic subscription landing pages.

Core tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 Funnels, WordPress, A/B Testing Optimizely, Motion, HotJar and ContentSquare.

SEAT 2 – Landing Page CRO Intern

Analytics & Reporting Focus | Remote or Boulder, CO

You’ll own the measurement layer – auditing our GA4 event tracking, building a subscription funnel dashboard in Looker Studio or Power BI, and quantifying the revenue impact of conversion rate improvements across our landing page portfolio. Your PIE-prioritized test backlog and CVR projections will guide which experiments we run first.

Responsibilities

Both interns will work from the same 4-week project framework and collaborate closely – one focused on the test design and page-level experimentation, the other on the data infrastructure and reporting that measures it. Coursework in marketing, analytics, UX, or business intelligence preferred. Platform and AI experience is a plus; curiosity and rigor are required.

Qualifications

Core tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, CVR Analysis, Subscription Funnels, Motion, ContentSquare, Hotjar, Optimizely, AppsFlyer

More About Gaia

Gaia exists as a transformational network to empower a global conscious community.

Gaia (Nasdaq: GAIA) is a publicly traded company in Louisville, Colorado. We offer global video streaming of over 8,000 original series, shows, films, documentaries, and practices for conscious living to our members in over 190 countries. Our vast video library serves as a vessel for the community we seek to empower. We are not a subscription service that streams whatever pays our bills. Our content goes deep into select niches of Seeking Truth, Transformation, Alternative Health and Yoga channels. We often cover subjects that other media companies won’t touch.

We expect you did explore Gaia’s library of original shows, documentaries, and films. If our work on ancient wisdom, who are we, our true history, coverups, and metaphysics resonates, you might be a good fit for Gaia. We seek to hire and inspire employees who embrace our mission to empower a global conscious community, who hope their work empowers our community of inspired members, to be a catalyst of transformation. The best work we do every day is to remember our vision is “to empower the evolution of consciousness.”

The perks of working collaboratively with a team dedicated to sharing this mission include an on-site gym; a beautiful solar-powered campus, complete with hiking and running trails, community garden, and a labyrinth; and an on-site, mostly organic café that serves breakfast and lunch daily including a full-service espresso bar featuring locally roasted coffee.

Full-time employees are offered alternative and traditional medical benefits including preventative coverage; as well as dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.
