The founder is a globally recognized expert in body-based healing, emotional integration, and systems-level transformation. Clients include top-tier entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and mission-driven leaders who want to optimize their bodies, consciousness, and impact.
Their mission is to scale the foundational tools of somatic, emotional, and energetic well-being so they are accessible to every human — from Silicon Valley boardrooms to underserved communities around the globe.
Position Overview
They are seeking a deeply reliable, systems-minded Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of the founder’s day-to-day work. You’ll ensure the details are clean, the wheels are turning, and nothing slips through the cracks, so the founder can focus on deep client immersion, high-leverage systems design, and intellectual R&D.
This is a deeply operational role for someone who finds flow in inbox zero, neatly organized folders, and making chaos calm.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Email Management: Coordinate complex calendaring across healing sessions, investor meetings, travel, and internal projects. Triage inboxes and draft responses where appropriate.
Task & Workflow Execution: Track follow-ups, execute admin-level project tasks, handle logistics, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks during client immersion periods or travel.
Founder Shadow Support: Be the other half of the Founder’s brain when they’re deep in healing mode, working quietly in the background to keep everything humming.
Document Management & Note Systems: Own upkeep of internal SOPs, client follow-up logs, file systems, and backend infrastructure.
Vendor & Partner Communications: Professionally manage logistical email threads with vendors and partners when needed.
Light Project Coordination: Help scope and sequence simple admin projects and keep them moving (e.g. onboarding a new vendor, organizing a folder system, setting up a scheduling tool).
Client Success: Full spectrum support of client relationships, from initial contact, through sales, pre- and post-session scheduling, tracking and supporting client follow-up between sessions.
PA Support: Personal admin (calendaring, email, document management). Development of SOPs for home and personal life. Not a domestic position; we have wonderful housekeepers.
On-Site Support: Packing/unpacking for remote work trips, prep & breakdown of space for client sessions, on-site supporting some client immersion days.

Logistics
Time Zone: PST
Schedule: Generally Mon–Fri, 9–5 PST (with light flexibility); availability during Founder’s client immersion windows is key (some days unplugged)
Location: Remote base, about 25% in person.
Start Date: ASAP ideal, can be flexible
Compensation: Starting salary $90,000-$120,000/year
