Location: Remote

Our client is on a mission to help people live in sync with nature’s light. They are expanding from a industry leading ecommerce brand into an experience-driven, education-first company, and they’re looking for a Head of Marketing to support this transformation. This role will build and scale the marketing engine that positions our client as the trusted authority in circadian health while driving rapid growth and deep customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale acquisition funnels across paid media (Meta, Google, etc.).

  • Relaunch and expand affiliate, influencer, and referral programs.

  • Build a high-performing content engine, including SEO, organic social, and authority-driven content.

  • Help launch their first course and integrate it seamlessly with product offerings.

  • Design and optimize CRM, email, and SMS automations to guide users through transformation

  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) and continuously test/iterate across channels.

  • Collect and leverage testimonials, case studies, and community stories to build trust.

  • Build and manage a marketing calendar, reporting systems, and KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading marketing for a DTC or consumer brand.

  • Expertise in SEO, paid media, organic social, and CRO.

  • Experience building and scaling content and authority-driven marketing engines.

  • Strong background in email/SMS marketing, automation, and lifecycle management.

  • Hands-on experience with influencer, affiliate, and referral programs.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically in a fast-moving environment.

  • Passion for health, transformation, and building mission-driven brands.
