Your mission, should you choose to accept

(accountabilities)

1.Recruitment & Onboarding Support
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to define hiring needs and participate in interviews as needed.
  • Draft and issue offer letters; maintain a structured repository of all agreements and employment documents.
  • Ensure complete onboarding documentation, employee file creation, and digital storage in HRMIS/Drive/Notion.
  • Assist the founder in end-to-end evaluation of candidate project assignments by reviewing submission quality, relevance, problem-solving approach, and role alignment, and preparing clear, structured notes with detailed feedback to support informed hiring decisions.
2. Talent Management & Performance
  • Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, monthly, mid-year and annual reviews and mutual-feedback sessions.
  • Partner with managers to identify top talent, skill gaps, and development needs.
  • Facilitate career development conversations and succession planning.
  • Track attendance, consolidate insights, and share structured recommendations based on feedback given to build3.
  • Manage probation review cycles—including feedback consolidation, documentation, and full-time confirmation workflows.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Assist in formulating and executing HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee documentation, HRMIS updates, and support payroll inputs.
  • Conduct and manage all POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance activities, including mandatory employee trainings (onboarding sensitization and annual refreshers), along with maintaining all POSH committee documentation, case logs (if any), and required compliance reporting.
  • Manage end-to-end offboarding including exit communication, interviews/NPS, asset return, payroll coordination for F&F, issuance of letters, and complete documentation.
4. Strategic HR Partnering

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR insights.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to recommend solutions that improve performance and retention.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and capability-building programs.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of quarterly strategy meets, ensuring structured agendas, documentation, and follow-through on action items.

5. Startup Hiring Support

  • Leverage AI-based interviewing and shortlisting tools to streamline the talent evaluation process.
  • Assist startup founders from our community with end-to-end hiring for critical roles, including interns, Founder’s Office, and co-founder positions.
  • Manage coordination, communication, and candidate experience to ensure smooth and effective hiring for early-stage teams.


What you need to bring to the table

(skills, character traits)

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proficient in using AI-based recruitment tools for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to improve hiring efficiency.
  • 3–5 years of experience as HRBP or in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HRMS tools and MS Office.


What you can expect from us
  • build3 will provide a remuneration of INR 35-50k.

  • We will support you in finding a landing pad in Goa for your time here. If you're comfortable staying in a shared dorm, we have some facilities and we will be happy to provide that at no additional cost to you.

  • After 18-24 months based on performance this role will be eligible for profit share.
